Our Mission |
|
The mission of the Sam Butler Callahan Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is to provide a social community of support and financial grants to childhood sarcoma patients and their families. The Foundation also exists to increase public awareness and further medical research for Ewing sarcoma. Although rare, Ewing sarcoma is devastating to youths around the world. Given the relatively small patient population, research funding for Ewing sarcoma is almost non-existent. Because the Ewing sarcoma patient population is relatively small, identifying, gathering, and arranging Vital Life Resources to survive Ewing sarcoma is a daunting task. Please view our Ewing sarcoma checklist for essential information. |

Family grants are specifically designed to aid families who need financial assistance in caring for their children with sarcoma cancer. Please click here for more information and the Family Grant Application form.
